When I first saw this article on The Lausanne guide I knew I had to try out this new spot!
Blackbird Coffee & Breakfast Clubis THE place to go if you want to have a real English breakfast or enjoy some delicious pancakes with maple syrup, plus, the decoration is super adorable! Here are a few photos I managed to take last Saturday (it was veryyyy crowded) and if you have the opportunity to come to Lausanne, or if you live nearby, don't you dare skip breakfast! :)
Just out of curiosity - Jess, Richard and Max the co-founders of Blackbird also created Holy Cow! a few years ago(for those who don't know this place, they do the best gourmet burguers in town!).
